*New Temporary Hours*
Starting today March 27 and until further notice our hours will be 8am – 3 pm.
For now, we will be seeing children 18 mo and younger in the morning in order to maintain up to date immunization status for our younger patients. We will be calling to reschedule all well checks for children 2 years and older. All medication checks and sick visits will be done via telehealth.
These changes are being made to comply with CDC and AAP recommendations regarding social distancing and non essential services.
Things are changing day to day. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
In order to continue serving our patients and to comply with CDC recommendations regarding social distancing, we now have the capability to do some visits via video! You will be contacted via text with a link that you click on at your appointment time. The link will take you to the virtual waiting room and soon after your visit will begin!! These visits will be billed in accordance with current regulations.
We believe, as does the American Academy of Pediatrics, that keeping immunizations up to date is important to protect against other illnesses. Therefore, we will continue to do well checks especially for those ages that require immunization.
We continue to see well visits in the morning and sick in the afternoon. Call when you get here so someone can come to your car and escort you to the exam room.
Again we appreciate your patience during this time
The health and safety of our patients, staff and community are of the utmost importance to us. We will be instituting new protocols due to Covid-19.
We will be doing well-checks in the morning and sick visits in the afternoon. If you are scheduled for a well-check and you or your child are sick, please call to reschedule.
We ask that patients call from their car when they get to our office for their appointment. Our phone number is: (904) 264-4333. A staff member will come get you when a cleaned exam room is ready.
To limit exposures, we ask that only the child being seen and one (1) healthy parent/guardian come, if possible.
We will continue to do as much as we can remotely over the phone and via the patient portal.
The Florida Department of Health Covid-19 hotline number is 1-866-779-6121 and is available 24 hours a day for questions regarding the virus. If you think you have been exposed to Covid-19 please call you local health department.
We are not equipped to do any type of testing in our office.
You can follow us on Facebook for updated information – or view our Facebook feed further down on this page.
We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
